How do I use activity notifications?

  • The following system events will appear in the activities pane of the dashboard:
    • Clients completing assessments
    • Clients who have not started surveys they were invited to 7 days ago (or more)
    • Clients who have started, but not finished surveys, for more than 7 days
    • Clients who are due for review

  • To dismiss activities:
    • Tick the tick box next to a single activity, or
    • Select ‘dismiss all’ to clear the activities panel
