How do I use notifications and announcements?

A bell icon in the header collects everything that needs your attention in one place. A badge shows how many unread notifications you have.

Click the bell to open the notifications panel. Notifications are grouped by type:

Activity updates: client actions and platform events, including:
- Clients completing assessments
- Clients who have not started surveys they were invited to 7 or more days ago
- Clients who have started, but not finished, surveys for more than 7 days
- Clients who are due for review

Announcements: A channel for the Oxford Risk team to let you know about new features, scheduled maintenance and other important news. Announcements are only shown while they're relevant.

Dismissing notifications

- To dismiss a single notification, click the x next to it.
- To clear the whole panel, press Dismiss all.

The badge count updates as you dismiss notifications, so nothing gets lost.
