My client is getting an error message when trying to submit an answer

If your client is getting an error when trying to submit an answer, please ask them to provide you the below information:

1. Screenshot of the error
2. What steps did they follow to get to the error
3. What question prompted the error

Once you have the above information, please raise a support ticket including the above information along with the name or ID of the affected client.
