Release Notes v4.14 - 2026-10
We're pleased to share what's new in version 4.14 of the Oxford Risk platform. This release focuses on new questionnaire content, more accurate behavioural analysis, and a number of reliability and security improvements. The Adviser Portal and Client Journey applications themselves look and work the same as before — the improvements below are delivered through our underlying platform and will appear automatically, with nothing for you to install or configure.
Highlights
- A new Targeted Support section has been added to the financial personality questionnaire, helping identify clients who may benefit from extra support around retirement and financial decision-making.
- Advisers are now notified as soon as a client's report is ready to view.
- Improved accuracy of behavioural analysis scoring across the platform.
- Continued investment in platform security and reliability.
For Clients — the Client Journey
- Added new Targeted Support questions to the questionnaire, covering areas such as retirement planning, so advisers can provide more tailored guidance.
- The Attitudes towards Retirement assessment is now available to a wider range of firms.
- Corrected a small number of Intervention and Affordability results that could occasionally show a slightly inaccurate outcome.
- Fixed an issue where a client's Country of Residence was not always displayed correctly on generated reports.
- Fixed a rare issue where re-submitting questionnaire answers could show outdated results instead of the latest ones.
- General accuracy improvements to how behavioural scores are calculated and categorised.
For Advisers — the Adviser Portal
- Advisers are now notified as soon as a client's PDF report has finished generating, so you know exactly when it's ready to view or share.
- Fixed an issue where a user could retain access to a group after their role or permissions had changed.
- Improved the reliability of our Intelliflo integration, including single sign-on and the way held (non-investible) assets are mapped across.
- When setting or resetting a password, you'll now see a password-strength indicator with suggestions to help create a stronger one.
- Performance improvements when loading client analyses and reports, particularly for firms with larger client books.
Platform & Data Accuracy
- Fixed an issue where converting a currency value already in GBP could occasionally return an incorrect result.
- Applied ongoing security patches and dependency updates across our services to keep the platform secure.
- A number of behind-the-scenes performance and reliability improvements to how client data and reports are processed.
For Integration Partners — the API
- Added a new endpoint for retrieving client records, improving consistency for firms integrating directly with our API.
- Extended API access options for retrieving certain client risk and suitability data for authorised integrations.
