What do I do if my client gets an unauthorised message after clicking on a questionnaire link?
If your client is not able to open the questionnaire with the link you've sent it is very likely that the link has expired. The adviser or assistant user assigned to the client will have to generate another link for the client by going to Clients>Click on client>View client>click on the 3 dots menu on the right>Send profile
