10. Billing Questions

  1. How do I change my billing information?

    Please email finance@oxfordrisk.com with the information that needs to be changed and we will make the requested amendments.

  2. What payment methods are accepted by Oxford Risk?

    We currently accept domestic and international bank transfers and payment by direct debit.

  3. Can I pay in a currency other than GBP?

    You will be billed in the currency stated on your service order which can be a currency other than GBP if agreed in advance. For international bank transfers all remitting and receiving bank charges must be covered by the payer.
